At the time I was quite ecstatic: before the official opening I sold three of my works to a young couple from Paris whose first reaction was to become the utmost appreciation ever. I was preparing the display, my back towards the entrance when I heard someone saying: "This talks to me, this talks to me, this talks to me!". I turned around in astonishment and they asked:"Could we have a closer look?" I said; "Certainly, I'm almost done and please excuse the mess!" And so I had the true confirmation that my effort of giving something back had not been in vain. :)
