When I was commissioned this work on Eminescu I felt somewhat overwhelmed by his personality, being so complex and all. Then I just tried to feel him, which is the secret with my graphics and all became clear to me. The torn personality between the human limitations, the relativity of life and the need to transcend all that left him, as any other poet or artist, with a deep feeling of nostalgic defeat.
