"Looking for the Ultimate Answer" illustrates the vanity of the individual in finding the ultimate answer to his very existence by mere scratching the surface of knowledge - the sphere representing the perfection of the creation - while ignoring completely the fact that the horizontal level - that of similarities - can never improve his perspective on things. If you live on the 1st floor you'll never have the same perspective as the one who lives on the top on a mountain. :)
